Iman Gadzhi is a British business owner, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and online educator. Iman is an advocate for universal education and a committed philanthropist. His philanthropic efforts include privately funding the establishment of numerous schools in Nepal and providing thousands of children access to high-quality education.
Early life
Iman was born on January 3, 2000, in a Russian family in Dagestanskiye Ogni, Dagestan, Russia. He moved to London at age 4, where he aspired to become a footballer. Raised in a modest environment, Gadzhi faced challenges related to family issues, financial hardship, and limited access to traditional education.
At 15, Gadzhi started trading Instagram accounts to provide for himself and his mother. Concurrently, he developed fitness expertise through self-directed learning and offered training sessions. During high school, he developed an interest in entrepreneurship and digital marketing, assuming the role of social media manager for a football club and serving other clients. Seeing his accomplishments, Iman Gadzhi made the decision to put his studies on hold.

In 2017, Iman founded IAG Media, a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in high-return-on-investment strategies, including social media marketing, sales funnel optimization, and online advertising. The agency's success prompted Gadzhi to offer mentorship lessons, leading to the online course 'Six Figure SMMA.
GrowYourAgency
Capitalizing on the course's success, Gadzhi established GrowYourAgency, an e-learning platform. The platform is a continuation of IAG Media. It instructs and trains novice agency owners. It helps them with initiating, sustaining, and scaling their businesses.

Since 2020, the software solutions company has been committed to simplifying the operations of agency owners. The software solutions company simplifies the operations of agency owners by consolidating essential tools and providing a streamlined and efficient workflow for clients.
Educate
In 2023, Gadzhi founded Educate.io, an online education platform dedicated to empowering students with monetizable skills. The platform offers diverse programs covering essential areas like social media marketing, sales, and copywriting.

Schools in Nepal
Iman is constructing schools in Nepal to encourage greater involvement from disadvantaged nations in the new era. So far, Gadzhi has privately funded the construction of five schools in Nepal. He considers it his most fulfilling commitment and has no plans to stop.
Company Marathon
At the end of 2023, 75 employees of Educate ran a marathon and raised funds to support the work of Pahar Trust Nepal to improve the education provision in rural communities.
Iman united his entire team and completed three marathons across three countries in one week to support education in Nepal. Not only that, every donation made to this fundraiser will be matched by Iman personally.
